Our panel brushes are used in a variety of applications in the fabrication industry. The brushes provide a large work area surface for optimum load density and allow the materials to move freely in multiple directions in a scratch, scuff, and blemish-free environment.
We can customize the bristle diameter, height, and distance between tufts in order to accommodate various load densities and scratch-sensitive materials. The base is typically made of PVC but also available in HDPE, aluminum alloy, steel and stainless steel. The nylon filament that is stapleset into the PVC or HDPE base. We manufacture the tables in a variety of shapes and dimensions depending on the customer’s application.
